Location: Hybrid USA-Boston

The Team: Evaluate Commercial Operations, reporting to Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Execution 
      
Scope of the Role:  
  • In this role you will be supporting Commercial Operations in helping maintain data governance with our Salesforce CRM tool, which is critical to the smooth operations of our sales process.  
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams to design and track Sales Key Performance Indicators in PBI or Tableu.   
  • You will have the opportunity to provide ad/hoc data analysis to support the business with meaningful insights. 
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Tech savvy or comfortable using B2B systems applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude towards problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment. 
  • Detailed-oriented with a "can do attitude."
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  
 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Prior internship or related work experience in operations or related field a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights desired. 
  • Some experience creating dashboards or tool visualization is a plus.
 
Travel: Boston 3 days over summer
